POEMS

AUTOGRAPH VERSES

Roses, tulips, violets, daisies
Flowers may wither and die.
Marble, stone and iron give away,
but never the friends for life.

A heart full of love,
A tear that I shed,
Says that I admire you,
You are my friend.

Every chain may snap,
Every heart may break,
Everyone may forget you,
But in my heart you are there to stay.

Be like the violet in dew.
Simple,  humble and true.
And not like the deep red rose,
Which always seems so proud.

Be as busy as a bee.
As gentle   as a rabbit.
As  pure  as honey.
And you will find a sweetheart.

If I Where a Rupee Coin

Rupee coin is one of the media of transactions in India.
If I were a rupee coin I would have touched the hands of so many persons. Among them, many persons might be having good Personalities. I take pleasure in touching their hands. By hearing my sound, everyone would be happy. For this reason, I would be very happy.
I would be very proud for having my symbol which is concerned with king Ashoka.

I would be very happy for being the currency of Great India and for being considered as GODDESS LAKSHMI in

INDIA.

Sea Shells

Sea Shells of different types are found on the beaches. Colourful ones, big and small ones. Some are very huge, while some are tiny. Have you ever watched a snail, with a shell mounted on it, going slowly and steadily on its way. It uses the shell as its home to curl into when it needs rest.

Pick up a medium or big sized shell and keep it near your ear. You can hear a sound. The sound of the sea waters. But actually the wind blowing in and out of the shell. Shells are used for decoration and preparing different objects. Objects like chandeliers, curtains, toys of different varieties prepared from shells.

Laughter is the Best Medicine

Laughter is an essential human phenomenon and is an important aspect of our life. It makes us feel better in our life and help us get through hard times.

Laughter can save lives and can even mean differences between life or death.

Laughter Therapy:  What happens when we laugh?

We change physiologically when we laugh. We stretch muscles throughout our face and body, our pulse and blood pressure go up and we breathe faster sending more oxygen to our tissues.

Laughter’s Effects on the Body:

Blood Flow: In a research institute people were shown either comedies or dramas. People who watched comedy, their blood vessels behaved normally – expanding and contracting easily. Blood vessels in people who watched drama tended to tense up, restring blood flow.

Immune Response: Studies have shown that the ability to use humor may raise the level of infection- fighting antibodies in the body and boost the levels of immune cells.

Blood Sugar Vessels: In a study it was revealed that people who watched comedy, blood sugar levels are low compared to people who underwent lecture.

Finally:

Laughter is very beneficial and it has no negative side effects.

So  Always Laugh for Good Health

Don’t be late in the morning

Is my advice to you

Though you’re feeling dead

Jump right out of bed

Don’t be late in the morning

Do what the birds do

Get up, get up, get up you sleepy head
