1. SALES OF APPLICATION FORMS IMPORTANT NOTE:
Children and DEPENDENT GRANDCHILDREN of employees of sponsoring
agency (BEML).
Children of transferable Central Government Employees including
ex-servicemen who has at least one transfer in the past SEVEN years.
Children of non-transferable central government employees including
ex-servicemen (who did not have at least one transfer in te past SEVEN
years).
Children of transferable and non-transferable employees of
Autonomous bodies/Public sector undertaking / institute of higher Learning
of the government of India.
Children of transferable State Government Employees.

IV. METHOD OF ADMISSION FOR CLASS I V. RESERVATION: 16% seats for Scheduled Caste and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe
would be reserved in all fresh admissions. 35 seats will be horizontally reserved for handicapped
children blind, orthopaedically handicapped and hearing impaired etc.
Horizontally reservation would mean that 3% of 16% would be reserved for
handicapped children of SC, 3% of 7.5% would be reserved for handicapped
children of ST and 3% of 77.5% would be reserved for handicapped
children of general categories. In case any of these quotas remain unfilled, the seats would
be filled up by admitting children of respective category corresponding to
the provision(A) & (B) above and in case of non availability of reserved
category candidates by any other category. VI DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED ALONGWITH THE FILLED APPLICATION FORMS: (Attested Photostat copies only)
Only
recent photograph of the child should be pasted.
For
Class I, certificate of proof of age in the form of a birth certificate
issued by the authority competent to register births. This will include
notified area committees like Municipal corporation extract about the date
of birth from records of Village Panchayat, Military hospital, or service
records of defence personnel. For later classes, the date of birth
recorded in the transfer certificate issued by the school recognized by
the state education department would be accepted.
A
certificate that the child belongs to the scheduled caste. Scheduled tribe
wherever applicable issued by the competent authority. A certificate in
respect either parent may be accepted initially for the purpose of
admission if this certificate is not available for the child.
A
certificate from the civil surgeon/rehabilitation centre or any other
Competent Authority defined by Govt. of India O.M.No.36035/5/88/E/Estt(SCT)
dated 4th May 1999 certifying the child to be handicapped,
wherever applicable. In cases where the handicap of the child can be
visually seen by the Principal, the child may be accepted as handicapped
even without a certificate.
A
service certificate showing the number of transfer during the preceding
seven years duly signed and stamped by the head of office bearing the
name. Designation and other relevant particular in capital letters.
A
certificate of retirement for uniform defence employees.
Proof
of residence father/mother if the applicant is not employed in the
station.
The application is to be signed / submitted by either parent and
not by any local guardian. VII. ADMISSION TESTS FOR CLASSES II TO IX: For fresh admission to Classes II and IX, an admission test
will be conducted and admissions given as per merit within the priority
category to which the parent belongs. A candidate securing less 33% marks
in any subject would not be eligible irrespective of their category. The test will be of the level of the annual examination of the
class preceding the one to which admission is sought i.e, Admission Test
for Class VII will be of the level of the Annual Examination of Class VI. NOTE:
AS PER NEW ADMISSION GUIDELINES THE MAXIMUM CLASS STRENGTH FIXED FOR
PRIMARY IS: 35, SECONDARY IS 40 AND SENIOR IS 40 AND SENIOR SECONDAY IS
45. THE CLASS STRENGTH INALL CLASSES (II TO XII) EXCEPT CLASS XI AS ON
DATE IS ABOVE TH EMAXIMUM AND AS SUCH NO REGISTRATION FOR FRESH
ADMISSION TO THE CLASSES. HOWEVER IF THE ENROLMENT FALL BELOW THE
MINIMUM INTAKE, FRESH REGISTRATION SHALL BE STARTED AND ADMISSION
COMPLETED AS PER ADMISSION GUILDELINES 2009 – 2010 |
