MINUTES OF VIDYALAYA MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING

VENUE : CONFERENCE HALL NO. 1 BEML

The first Vidyalaya Management Committee Meeting was held for the year 2009-2010. This year four Vidyalaya Management Committee Meeting Shall be held for the welfare and benefit of the vidyalaya..

  1. Mr. Chamola shall be contacted for matters of admission and other areas concerning the vidyalaya.

  2. Mr. Narasimhan will be in charge of finance and all related to finance.

  3. It has been proposed to have internet connection for all the computers. Presently it is   1:25 it will be provided as per KVS norms 1:20 BSNL concerned officers have been contacted in this regards.             A.T.R :  It has been done                                                              

  4. Xerox and fax machine is a requirement of the vidyalaya, the vidyalaya Management Committee has assured to look into the matter, the school needs do to be whitewashed and minor repairs to be done. Five drinking water reverse osmosis a need.

  5. The Chairman emphatically stated that contractual teachers must teach only in Kendriya Vidyalaya not anywhere else.

  6. For now panel of contractual teachers, advertisement and interview has to done shortly.     A.T.R : Regular teachers have been posted.                                                           

  7. English communication skills must be developed in students.

  8. Bring about as awareness among students and the community on plastic free zone as BEML also adheres to it.   A.T.R.: The use of plastic has been banned on the vidyalaya campus.                        

  9. BEML officials will voluntarily give lectures on career counseling.

  10. The product of BEML will be exhibited in HELIPAD grounds and students shall be enlightened.

  11. Medical Health check up for all students once a year shall be done by the BEML Medical centre.
